Ocean Edit Privacy Policy

  Ocean Edit ("the app", "we", "us") is a photo and video editing app published by Grade Co. This policy

  explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights.

  DATA WE COLLECT                                           

  Photos and videos you choose to edit

  When you import a photo or video from your device's Photos library, the file is processed entirely on

  your iPhone. We never upload, transmit, or store your photos or videos on any server.                  

  In-app purchase information                                                                            

  All purchases (Ocean Edit Pro subscription or lifetime access) are processed by Apple's StoreKit. We

  receive a confirmation token from Apple to unlock features in the app; we do not see or store your     

  payment details, Apple ID, or billing address.            

  Diagnostic logs                                           

  The app keeps a rolling log of the last 500 operations on your device to help troubleshoot bugs. These

  logs stay local. If you choose to use the "Report a Bug" feature, the logs and an optional screenshot

  LUT files (.cube) you import are stored locally in the app's Documents folder. They are not transmitted anywhere.

  DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

  We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not collect device identifiers, location, contacts, or any personal information about you.

  THIRD PARTIES

  The only third party involved in app data is Apple, which processes in-app purchases on our behalf. Apple's privacy policy applies to that processing: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

  DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

  All app data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all data — there is nothing on a server to delete.

  CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

  The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from children.

  YOUR RIGHTS

  You may delete the app at any time to remove all locally stored data. For questions about this policy or to request information about any data we may hold, contact us at the email below.

  We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
