How do I import my own LUTs?
Open the app, tap the LUTs tab at the bottom, then tap the + button and pick any .cube file from Files. Your imported LUTs appear in the "My LUTs" section of the editor's Filters tab.
Why does my export look smaller than the source?
For source videos above 3840 pixels on any side, Ocean Edit automatically caps the output to keep within iPhone hardware encoder limits. A 5K source exports at roughly 2.7K — quality is preserved, just resized.
How do I cancel Ocean Edit Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Ocean Edit → Cancel Subscription.
I bought Pro but it's not active.
Tap "Restore Purchases" on the Pro upgrade screen. If that doesn't fix it, email us and include your Apple ID region and the approximate purchase date.
Then:
1. Confirm Visibility = Visible
2. Save (top-right)
3. Open https://grade-co.com/pages/ocean-edit-support in a new tab to verify it loads
4. Copy that URL
5. Back in App Store Connect → paste into Support URL field → Save at the top
